Fees Matter

There are typically several costs associated with employer-sponsored retirement plans: 1) cost of the investments 2) cost of the Advisor 3) cost of the recordkeeper 4) cost of the third-party administrator. We believe in keeping costs as low as possible (in all areas). We accomplish this by keeping our pulse on changes at the vendor level and completing vendor requests for proposals (RFP).

Conversion Support

A plan conversion is not always necessary, but when it is, it's important to have the right people helping you through the process. Plan Document Design Help

We all want the ideal plan. That only happens when the plan document is put together in a way that allows your company plan to work the way that it needs to. We work alongside you to help you understand the necessary provisions to make your plan work the way it should. This can include discrimination testing, safe harbor provisions, corrective distributions, vesting schedule, matching program, employee eligibility, fund line-up, etc.
